Vineland Christmas Tree Lighting

Vineland Christmas tree lighting is an evening for the community to come out and enjoy music, Christmas cheer and more in downtown Whiteville.  The evening will begin at 5:30 at Vineland Staton with the Friends of Boy Scout Troop 512 serving their annual Super Supper.  The meal consists of chicken bog, green beans, roll, dessert and beverage for $7.50.  Dining is provided inside Vineland Station or take out plates are available for purchase.  The festivities continue outside at 6:00 p.m. with the Edgewood Elementary Chorus kicking off the season with some seasonal classics.  Whiteville Parks and Recreations will be serving hot chocolate to the attendees.    The Vineland Christmas Tree will be lit at 7:30 p.m.
