Ground Breaking New City Hall in Whiteville

Please join us for a ground breaking ceremony for the new City Hall building on March 9, 2018.  The ground breaking ceremony will take place at the site of the previous City Hall building on corner of Madison and Columbus Streets.  We encourage you to attend this ceremony and celebration for the construction of the New City Hall.
