Family Fun Festival

April 5-11 is this year’s National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)’s Week of the Young Child. To kickstart the week, Columbus County Partnership for Children (CCPC) will have its Family Fun Festival April 5 at Columbus County Fitness Park. 

This free event is geared toward children ages birth to 5 years old and their families. 

Have fun at the playground or take a stroll through our bubble garden. Get your face painted or request a balloon animal.  Enter to win a basket full of goodies and snack on pizza and Kona Ice while enjoying entertainment including a puppet show by Praising Puppets, dance performances by Solid Hitters and a youth Michael Jackson impersonator, and character guests including Spiderman and State Employees Credit Union (SECU)’s Fat Cat.
